We are seeking a dedicated and personable Security Clearance Coordinator to manage our overall security clearances framework.

This role involves effectively managing the process of checking new vendors' staff for existing security clearances, verifying if existing clearances meet the requirements of the role, ensuring requests are addressed in an expeditious manner, submitting AGSVA clearance requests for new clearances required to relevant parties, and performing other security-related tasks as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking new vendors' staff for existing security clearances.
  • Verifying if existing clearances meet the requirements of the role, including recognition and transfer of clearances.
  • Ensuring requests are addressed in an expeditious manner.
  • Submitting AGSVA clearance requests for new clearances required to relevant parties.
  • Managing the Security Tracker and Master Clearance Register, including additions, updates, and cancellations.
  • Providing relevant clearance forms to vendors to complete and offering assistance as needed.

You will also need to exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters and information.
