Job Role: GMP Clearance Specialist
Overview:
The Medical Devices and Product Quality Division is responsible for undertaking supply in Australia, monitoring medical devices to ensure they meet necessary standards throughout their lifecycle. This involves working closely with international therapeutic goods manufacturers to ensure compliance with specified standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Working under limited direction, the successful candidate will assist in clearance and guidance documents, respond to enquiries related to GMP clearance, manage and co-ordinate the group inbox and general enquiry phone line, provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, develop and update standard communication materials, identify and implement process improvements, and undertake other duties as directed.
Required Skills:
Sound judgement and organisational skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, communicate effectively, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
