Job Title: Hospitality Services Representative

This role contributes to an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact and set the tone for their stay, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

You will provide front desk services, handle guest inquiries in a timely manner, and perform audits as required. You will also communicate relevant information to your supervisor and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and good multitasking abilities. A competent level of IT proficiency is essential.

Prior experience in a customer-facing industry, such as hotel or hospitality, would be beneficial. Conflict resolution experience and cash handling skills are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk services, including check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform audits as required

  • Participate in training courses and team development efforts
