The Role & Responsibilities
As a Hospital Sales Representative in Immunology, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering innovative solutions. Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets by providing value-driven solutions that enhance patient outcomes. You will promote PBS-reimbursed immunology therapies, ensuring they align with both patient needs and our company's mission.

  • Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Drive sales performance by creating meaningful and positive customer experiences.
  • Engage in value-based conversations (both in-person and virtually) to understand customer challenges, decision drivers, and opportunities.
  • Tailor customer engagement strategies by leveraging insights, preferred communication channels, and available content.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with HCPs, facilitating collaboration and hosting speaker meetings in compliance with governance requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of the prescription medicines landscape, including the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
  • Expertise in Immunology is highly regarded.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Driven, accountable, and team-oriented, with a high level of integrity and motivation to succeed.
