Our Speech Pathologists play a vital role in improving access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing for individuals with communication difficulties. We are seeking experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologists who share our passion for delivering high-quality services in various settings, including clinics and communities.
Job OverviewWe are expanding our Speech Pathology team and inviting applications from skilled professionals eager to make a meaningful impact. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads, covering early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Responsibilities include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
- Early Years caseload (0-5) – Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)
- School-aged children – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
- Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation

We seek a highly motivated individual with:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- 2+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
- A passion for collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
- A desire to make a real difference in the community
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)
