Are you a passionate and dynamic Speech Pathologist eager to make a real difference within the community?
We are seeking an experienced and multi-talented Speech Pathologist to join our fast-growing team of professionals dedicated to delivering quality services under the NDIS.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team and a desire to improve the lives of people living with a disability.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing an allocated caseload based on negotiated hours and delivering timely therapeutic services
- Providing early intervention services for infants 0-5 years old, including speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness
- Working with school-aged children (5-18) on literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
- Supporting adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
- Providing neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups

We are looking for someone who has:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
- A strong passion for collaboration and teamwork in a multi-disciplinary setting
- A desire to improve the lives of people living with a disability
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)
