Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Support Partner. This role requires someone who can deliver seamless support to senior executives, managing complex agendas and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars to optimize time zones.
  • Action corporate AMEX reconciliations, expenses, and invoices with precision.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and adapt to their preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding senior executives towards making informed decisions about their time.
  • Promote process improvements and efficiency within the EA & Operations Cohort.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives; professional services background is beneficial but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence and adaptability.
  • Superior organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and provide creative solutions.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
