As Regional Delivery Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of our IEA program across a defined regional footprint, driving employment outcomes and ensuring we are the provider of choice for participants, employers, and community partners.
- Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support.
- Manage performance against caseload, revenue, and service delivery KPIs.
- Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment.
- Ensure contract compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
- Champion our organization's values and lead with purpose, safety, and impact.
You're a values-led, performance-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth, and impact. You bring:
- Proven leadership in employment, disability or community services.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management.
- Experience building employer networks and community partnerships.
- Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, human services or related fields (highly desirable).
