**Job Opportunity for Strategic Leader**

A rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Manager to lead teams and manage projects from conception to completion.


Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure workplace health and safety meets government policies.

- Develop and implement project management strategies to drive business success.

- Lead construction teams and subcontractors on-site to deliver high-quality results.

- Negotiate with clients and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Establish project programs and budgets to ensure timely completion.


Key Requirements:

- Degree in Construction or relevant tertiary qualification.

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.

- Proven track record of delivering projects valued up to $10m in new build and refurbishment projects.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams.

- Able to meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
