Job Title: Cost Manager - Real Estate, Defence and Infrastructure Projects

Job Description:

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Manager to join our team. As a Cost Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Real Estate, Defence, and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
  • Manage contracts across the lifecycle of the project.
  • Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing.
  • Lead the Cost Management team across a variety of different projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year plus industry experience.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to gain defence clearance.
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar.
  • Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities.
