Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our Canberra team. As a Senior Cost Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across infrastructure, Defence, and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
  • Manage contracts across the lifecycle of the project.
  • Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing.
  • Lead the Cost Management team across a variety of different projects.
  • Display excellence in service delivery leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to gain defence clearance.
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Infrastructure experience, especially with aviation or utilities.
  • Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, or parametric cost models.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation, and continued improvement.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients.
