We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management Lead to spearhead the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Drive secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage integrations with enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, and cloud/SaaS platforms, to facilitate streamlined access and management.
  • Stay current with IAM trends, vendor roadmaps, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven expertise in Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, CCPA.

This role will lead the development of comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, and operational procedures. A strong understanding of identity protocols SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect authentication flows, and access governance is required. Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid infrastructure is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include Okta and/or SailPoint certifications Architect, Professional, and experience with other IAM tools such as Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID.
