About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Melbourne.
  • As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts, supporting project managers, communicating with internal teams and stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
  • You will work closely with our project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to the required quality standards.
  • You will also be involved in breaking down the scope of a project, issuing tenders, and reconciling quotes for the project manager to make an informed decision.
  • Your IT systems skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, will be essential in managing contracts and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator in fitout or construction.
  • Experience working in a design and construct company is highly desirable.
  • Formal qualifications, such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (Building), Bachelor of Construction Management, or equivalent, are preferred.
