About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position within our team, reporting to a senior contracts administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate onboarding of supply chain partners, including subcontract preparation and execution.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to meet project demands and complete selection and assessment processes.
  • Maintain a compliant supply chain, ensuring contract extensions, insurances, notices, variations, etc.
  • Preemptively identify and resolve compliance issues, including SOPA, licensing, and levies.
  • Develop and implement processes, procedures, and tools.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, law, business management, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in commercial/ legal/contracts administration, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

You will possess:

  • Working knowledge of standard forms of subcontracts and mechanisms.
  • Proven commercial acumen in subcontract management, tendering, legal claims, administration, modeling, KPIs, and profit improvement.
