This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Attendant in a luxurious hotel environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the Food and Beverage management team to achieve successful outlet operations in line with brand standards
  • Maintaining positive interactions with guests and colleagues
  • Providing prompt and courteous assistance to guests' enquiries
  • Supervising and guiding staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in a similar position
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rotational roster
  • Current NSW RSA Competency Card or equivalent
