Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Food Attendant to deliver exceptional service and contribute to our successful food and beverage operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, promoting our values of quality and excellence.
  • Take orders, upsell products, assist in meal preparation, and ensure presentation standards meet our high expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, handle payments accurately, and provide efficient service.
  • Assist with patron inquiries, provide accurate information, and promote our offerings.
Working Environment

You will have the opportunity to work across various outlets including restaurants, bars, and cafes. This role requires flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation
