Job Title: Systems Accounting Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead the delivery and development of a cutting-edge finance system. As Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Finance Systems Project and serving as the financial Subject Matter Expert (SME) on related projects across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the technical implementation, configuration and rollout of the new finance system.
  • Acting as the escalation point for finance system issues and developing solutions for new requirements.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across finance, IT and operations to ensure effective integration and adoption.
  • Delivering training, documentation, and handover of system processes to business users.
  • Driving change management and ensuring sustainable practices are in place post-project.

Your Profile:

You have experience in implementing or optimising ERP/finance systems and combine technical understanding with stakeholder engagement skills. You possess strong project management skills and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • A 12 month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field.
