- Daily Transport Function Planning: Plan and coordinate the daily transport function of your portfolio of customers, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of cargo within allocated timeslots and account requirements.
- Customer Requirement Management: Ensure all customer requirements are met by recording special instructions, such as reefer temperatures, delivery times, and container sizes.
- Additional Costs Communication: Update customers regarding additional costs, including storage and penalty charges.
- Enquiry and Issue Resolution: Effectively respond to customer enquiries and issues directed to the bookings area via phone or email.
- Problem Solving: Use your initiative to resolve problems and keep Qube customers and major clients updated on transportation issues.
- Data Management: Accurately input and extract information from System Maximas with 100% accuracy.
- Client Booking and Release Details: Create and provide accurate client booking and release details as requested.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as a team and communicate effectively across all sections of the business.
- Chain of Responsibility (CoR): Work within CoR obligations in all areas of the role.
