Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring they have an excellent experience with our company.
- Process sales at our Trade Counter, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, offering product support and technical information to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently, with a keen interest in progression to supervisory levels.
- Computer and numeracy knowledge, with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
