Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

We provide excellent service to a diverse range of customers in our busy post office environment. To succeed, you will need to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting, be available to work Monday to Friday with a focus on afternoon shifts, and be able to lift up to 16kg of mail regularly.

  • Be adaptable and flexible in a changing work environment
  • Lift heavy loads safely and efficiently

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic computer skills and efficient typing
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new services and processes

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Driver Licence (preferred)

Additional Information: This is a casual role with variable hours between 18-28 per week.
