At YMCA Queensland, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued during each visit.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and visitors
  • Complete administrative tasks as required by management
  • Assist in promoting and facilitating fitness programs and classes
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our facility and services offered
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and policies
About You

As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with administrative tasks
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
