Key Position: HSE Advisor

This key position plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and customers. As an experienced advisor, you will work closely with operational teams to conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to pinpoint potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert technical support and advice to the leadership team and employees on matters related to workplace health, safety, and environmental concerns.
  • Develop and foster a positive safety culture among employees by mentoring and guiding them effectively.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to guarantee that all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage actively with the leadership team to promote a clear understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities across all levels.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a HSE role or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong relationship management skills for internal clients and external stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental principles.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferred.
  • Lead Auditor Qualification preferred.
  • ICAM certification highly desirable.
