We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Project Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site trades and non-trade employees, plant resources, and subcontractors to deliver projects in accordance with maintenance plans and specifications while ensuring adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification or similar, 2-5 years of previous supervision experience in a similar role, substantial industry trade experience in performing maintenance tasks, demonstrated leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management, self-starting abilities with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, client relationship and stakeholder management experience, competence with MS Office, a driver's license, and a white card.

A key aspect of this role will be to provide and take leadership responsibility for onsite health, safety, quality, and environmental management. You will also contribute to the development of work methods and planning of daily/weekly activities, build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through positive, proactive, and professional communication, and complete progress reporting as required.

The successful candidate will be able to identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, ensuring all parties performing activities have completed relevant task risk assessments, start cards, and/or safe work method statements. They will also ensure controls are maintained throughout delivery of the tasks.
