OverviewDelivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising industry leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.
Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.Primary PurposeD4C is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team to deliver excellence in the waste water program of works across the southern region.Key AccountabilitiesManage the overall delivery of the project in accordance with NEC4 processesAssign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goalsProvide constructability input to the designReview progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimatesEnsure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenueMonitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure project is achieving targetsPerform all duties in accordance with Sydney Water policies, processes, systems, reporting and proceduresPerform internal cost tracking and external cost reporting per client requirementsIdentify and manage project changesContribute to and foster a good safety cultureEssential qualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent (Project Management diploma or master is highly desirable)Recent work experience managing medium to large projectsDemonstrate leadership in health, safety and environmental managementAdvanced financial and commercial management - cost reduction and meeting budgetsClient relationship and stakeholder management experience/business developmentHighly competent with MS officeWhite cardWe welcome and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+, people with disability, people with caring responsibilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and veterans.What's next?
