Job Title: Asset Performance Lead

The role of an Asset Performance Lead is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of social housing maintenance projects in NSW. This position is accountable for overseeing and coordinating complex projects, conducting site inspections to verify contractor compliance, and monitoring project outcomes.
