Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR, management, and Operations team to continuously improve Health and Safety standards
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Enhance the health and safety culture of the team by promoting best practices and providing training and guidance as needed
  • Conduct accident and near-miss reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Work site-based with flexible working hours within 8am - 6pm

Requirements

  • Relevant NEBOSH qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with internal audits, risk assessment, running training sessions (Highly advantageous)
