Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator.

">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, resolving equipment, service, or contract issues in a timely and efficient manner.

">

You will also be responsible for coordinating supplies from internal and external sources to fulfill orders cost-effectively, supporting the sales function with customer orders and post-order follow-up activities, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of contacts and customer/job data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment, service, or contract issues
  • Locate and coordinate supplies from internal and external sources to fulfill orders cost-effectively
  • Support the sales function with customer orders, post-order follow-up activities, and order expediting
  • E nsure accuracy and efficiency of contacts and customer/job data
  • Contract management into the system
  • Issue accurate and timely customer invoices daily, weekly, and monthly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • PC literacy in a Microsoft environment and ERP system
  • Strong customer focus with urgency for creative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
  • Able to self-direct and self-manage
