EBR is seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Team Leader to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering private sector approvals and strategic planning projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of professionals in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning
  • Deliver projects with diversity of scale across a range of markets
  • Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes
  • Utilise your appreciation of infrastructure in land use planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Build key client relationships

About You:

  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • Able to lead and motivate high performing teams
  • Strong communicator and natural collaborator
  • Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Current driver's licence
  • Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or strategic planning is highly regarded
