
Service Delivery Coordinator

This is a customer-focused position that involves providing high-quality services and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. Your responsibilities will include service scheduling, data entry, payroll processing and coordinating day-to-day service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Process and maintain accurate records and information related to payroll and debtor functions.
- Timely and appropriate scheduling of services in accordance with client needs, care plans, staff availability and service delivery standards.
- Provide administrative support across our service area, including maintaining and updating client and staff databases.
- Contribute to the operations of the department through active participation in meetings and other activities.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- A post-secondary qualification in administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a local government setting (desirable).
- Experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination roles, preferably in the aged care or community services sector.
- A current Victorian driver's license.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
