Consultant - Practice & Service Delivery

We are looking for three (3) skilled professionals with a 'person centred approach' mindset to join our dynamic Practice Team as a Consultant - Practice and Service Delivery in Victoria.

The successful applicants can be based in our Victorian offices in either Sunshine or Ararat.

**Let us tell you about the role**:
Permanent, Full time. Hourly Rate of $44.92 per hour + Salary packaging and Superannuation

With a focus on human rights and quality service provision you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of quality clinical support services to Possability’s participants, their families and advocates as well as Possability’s support professional teams. You will achieve this through providing support, expertise and advice to our Operationsteams. Including:

- Recommending appropriate clinical services
- The development and delivery of training
- Working with participants and support teams to develop and implement clinical interventions according to participants’ needs
- Working with Practical Development and Operations to research, evaluate and improve the provision of direct services, including clinical interventions and projects

This role is well suited to an individual who has demonstrated and well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to self-motivate and deliver results.

**What's essential?**
- A degree qualification relevant to the industry.
- Industry experience within a similar role.
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge and capability in the disability sector gained through applicable experience, training and education.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills - including negotiation, consulting and mediation skills.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be maintained).
- The ability to travel to provide support as required.
