Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality customer experiences across multiple channels.

  • Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns from concept through to execution, including content creation, audience targeting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build customer journeys, campaign workflows, and create personalized content within HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to refine and pivot marketing strategies based on performance insights and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
