Job Overview

This pivotal role drives the engineering management of integrating CMATS through OneSKY Integration into Airservices and Defence environments.

The selected candidate will lead a team of engineers, overseeing the application of engineering change to ensure seamless integration while supporting decision-making within the OneSKY integration team to successfully integrate OneSKY technology.

A key aspect of this position is allocating engineering resources across various technical domains and forming an integral part of the OneSKY Integration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high-performing team, continuing to deliver exceptional safety, environmental, WHS, risk, and compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive transformative initiatives to achieve objectives in complex environments.
  • Promote innovative solutions, influencing outcomes that positively impact the organization.
  • Nurture relationships to facilitate partnerships and cooperation, ensuring collaborative success.
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering growth and development.
Essential Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Eligibility for registration at the chartered level by a recognized professional body.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in relevant areas of engineering, complying with relevant legislation.
