Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation's strategic growth by providing financial expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage the efficient closing processes for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations, including posting of customer receipts and overall bank transactions.
  • Support the inter-company accounting function, including inter-company recharging and month-end reconciliation.
  • Facilitate the statutory audit and annual tax filing process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of Australian and US accounting standards.
  • Proven experience at a similar level, preferably within a global organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
