Job Title: Production Maintenance And Reliability Technician

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines.

  • Maintenance and repair of machinery
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP standards
  • Leading production reliability projects

This is a full-time position located at our facility, which has been producing high-quality products for over 30 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with flexible packaging lines in TGA, GMP, or Food manufacturing clean room environments. They should also possess mechanical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work attitude are essential for this role. The successful applicant will be physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Setup and maintenance of production equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repair of complex issues
  • Development and implementation of process improvements

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
