Job Title: Packaging Reliability Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Reliability & Maintenance Manager to drive performance and efficiency at our site.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to own the reliability of critical assets, develop maintenance strategies, and collaborate with teams to identify and close skill gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of maintenance frameworks and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and autonomous maintenance routines
  • Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and optimize asset performance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within packaging or FMCG environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance frameworks and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with ability to influence and motivate teams
