Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at the brewery. In this role, you will develop and implement asset management strategies to improve plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan maintenance activities, including preparing parts availability, SOPs, contractor permits, and specific work permits.
  • Develop shutdown and project plans and provide progress updates.
  • Manage incoming work requests and maintenance tags.
  • Supervise and review planned maintenance with trades and specialists.
  • Inspect plant and equipment with trades and collaborate on repair solutions.
  • Capture data, analyze it, and generate asset care reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG).
  • Experience with weekly to long-term planning of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Ambition and motivation to achieve targets and develop your own skills.
  • Experience with SAP PM.
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Safety-oriented mindset and commitment to prioritizing safety.
