Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Management Solutions group, you will be responsible for delivering project work packages and campaigns that require strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance and reliability, either through a degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation/similar engineering or technical trades qualifications. Additionally, they should possess at least 10 years of experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of asset management and strategic asset management plans. Familiarity with safety cases and performance standards is also essential. The ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and demonstrate a professional demeanor is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing maintenance and reliability strategies to improve asset performance
  • Working closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance efficiency, reliability, and performance
  • Optimizing maintenance plans by package/system/delivery in support of production objectives
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops, Root Cause Analysis sessions, and other meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering
  • Familiarity with asset management and strategic asset management plans
  • Understanding of safety cases and performance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Diligent and dependable with a professional demeanor
