Tow Fleet Operator

We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Fleet Operator to join our team in Adelaide Metro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles.

  • Develop safe towing practices to recover and transport vehicles in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service and prompt solutions to our members with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Proactively manage tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with operational staff to expedite service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry skills to offer the best solutions.
  • Build strong professional relationships, embodying corporate values and ethics.

You are a diligent, reliable, confident, and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You're passionate about helping your community (and members) and want to make a difference. Successful candidates must possess a strong work ethic and commitment to workplace health and safety.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Hold a current South Australian Medium or Heavy Rigid truck licence.
  • Flexibility to work on a Shift work rotating roster (including Weekends) for shifts between 6:00am – 11:00pm.
  • Current South Australian unencumbered 'C-class' driver's licence.
  • Eligible to obtain a South Australian Tow Operators Certificate.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
