Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Queensland and Northern NSW region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to deliver on business growth requirements;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key reseller organisations, machinery dealerships, and growers;
  • Providing expert support and guidance to customers to ensure they achieve their business objectives;
  • Supporting sales activities within and outside the designated territory, including field days, workshops, and customer events;
  • Maintaining and updating the company's CRM system for the region.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three plus years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the agricultural sector;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
  • Self-motivation and a drive to deliver results;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Territory management experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Work authorisation: Australia (required)
