
Healthcare Accreditation Specialist

This role involves leading the transition of National Standards Accreditation to a district-wide assessment, as well as project managing key initiatives aligned with Clinical Governance and Patient Experience priorities.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to work collaboratively with like-minded individuals, sharing knowledge and experience to deliver better care for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for national accreditation success
- Lead transformative projects across NSLHD
- Drive leadership and innovation in patient care
- Tertiary qualifications in a Health-related field and/or extensive experience in a healthcare environment
- Proven track record of strategic advice influencing accreditation, quality improvement, or safety initiatives
- Experience in recent NSQHS accreditation surveys
