Accelerate Your Career in Real Estate

 

The Graduate Program at Colliers offers a structured rotation-based opportunity for business or property students to gain valuable experience and skills in the real estate sector.

This program is designed to develop future market leaders within property, providing participants with a supportive and collaborative environment to develop their skills and accelerate their career growth.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured graduate program on a rotation basis across multiple service lines within the company.
  • Work full-time or part-time on a fixed contract.
  • Gain exposure to various teams and departments within the property sector.

 

Requirements
  • Currently in second, third, or final year, or recently completed a degree in business or property with strong academic achievement.
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days per week).
  • Demonstrated extracurricular commitment to the Real Estate and Property sector.
  • Ability to provide a covering letter addressing selection criteria, a resume, and an academic transcript.
