The Graduate Program at Colliers is an exciting opportunity for students to accelerate their careers within a supportive and structured environment. Our program aims to create market leaders of the future by identifying passionate students who want to succeed in the property sector.

We are looking for students who are in their second, third or final year or those who have recently completed their studies in a business or property related degree. The program will provide successful candidates the opportunity to work in a full-time or part-time fixed contract capacity and will commence soon. We aim to offer full-time permanent roles in the following year.

Our structured program works on a rotation basis which will provide you exposure to multiple services lines across the business. You will gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills that will prepare you for a successful career in real estate.

Key Qualifications
  • Be in your second, third or final year or have recently completed a degree in business or property with strong academic achievement.
  • Be able to work full-time or part time.
  • Demonstrate extracurricular commitment to the Real Estate and Property sector.
