Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Director, Joint Venture Business Program to lead the implementation of the Joint Programs administration and associated improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with funding partners, internal and external stakeholders, and delivery agents to drive strategic business planning, performance reporting, and associated business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative technical solutions to enhance strategic business planning, performance reporting, and business systems.
  • Oversee the Joint Programs investment cycle, work planning, budgeting, and program/project performance reporting requirements.
  • Pprepare financial, performance, and risk assessment data for various audiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal and external resources and supervise staff.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and collaborations with diverse stakeholders, including intergovernmental partners.
  • Demonstrate high-level written and oral communication skills, including preparing agenda papers, presentations, and briefing notes for MDBA Executive, working groups, and committees.
