**Job Title:** Creative Director
**Job Summary:** Capital Recruit is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our graphics team to new heights.
**About the Company:** Our client is a dynamic media production company that specialises in producing and selling high-quality TV series to both domestic and international markets. They pride themselves on blending technical expertise with creative storytelling.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of senior and junior designers to ensure the delivery of innovative and industry-leading work.
- Oversee project briefs and creative concepts for internal and external clients, ensuring alignment with commercial business goals.
- Plan and manage work packages, including animations, VFX, and infographics, to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Mentor and develop the team, boosting productivity and creativity, and ensuring the design team meets commercial and creative goals.
- Liaise with clients to ensure successful project outcomes and maintain a strong working relationship.
**Requirements:** A strong graphic design portfolio across multiple genres and media types, proven leadership and mentoring experience in a creative setting, and expertise in motion graphics, animation, VFX, and infographics. Ability to align design work with commercial business goals and eligibility to work in Australia at the time of application.
