Site Operations Director
The Site Operations Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of manufacturing sites across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Quality, Operations, and Production teams to drive site performance and efficiency
- Develop and manage site-specific budgets and resource allocation plans
- Mentor and coach key staff members to enhance their skills and expertise
- Strengthen supplier relationships and foster customer engagement
- Implement quality planning and lean manufacturing strategies to drive productivity and efficiency
Requirements for Success:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or construction management with a track record of success
- Solid leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated understanding of quality planning and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent financial management skills, including profit and loss management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
