Expert Payroll Professional Wanted

This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives under pressure, enjoys working with SAP technology, and has a strong grasp of Australian payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Process weekly payroll for approximately 30,000 team members using SAP Employee Central Payroll, with competency in processing finalisation through PCC.
- Complete post-payroll activities including STP reconciliation.
- Resolve complex payroll cases using Service Now.
- Process payment adjustments, termination payments, and overpayments.
- Maintain and manage payroll process and policy documentation as required and actively share knowledge and cross-skill team members.
- Identify key risk areas and develop/implement action plans to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Payroll.
- Minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
- Systems experience - SAP ECP is necessary, Service Now and/or UKG is also ideal.
- Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume payroll.
- Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.
- Ability to solve complex problems relating to payroll, leave, and GL accounts.
- Excellent time management skills, eye for detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to document and deliver process improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
