We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to drive the transformation of our payroll function. As our Payroll Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
You will oversee the full payroll cycle for all employees, maintain and enhance payroll systems, records, and reporting processes. You will lead payroll audits and collaborate with external auditors, resolve complex payroll queries, and partner with Finance and HR on payroll reconciliations and reporting.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in end-to-end payroll management within a complex organization. They have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and compliance requirements. They have demonstrated success in delivering payroll process improvements and/or transformation projects, and they possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of the full payroll cycle for all employees
- Maintenance and enhancement of payroll systems, records, and reporting processes
- Leadership of payroll audits and collaboration with external auditors
- Resolution of complex payroll queries
- Partnership with Finance and HR on payroll reconciliations and reporting
