General Manager Defence Base Services Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the successful delivery of our Defence Base Services contract.

  • Lead day-to-day operations and set key financial, strategic, and operational goals across service packages.
  • Drive safety culture, operational excellence, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure sustainable financial performance.
About The Role

The Defence Base Services portfolio is Ventia's largest Defence contract, with over 1,500 employees working across locations throughout Australia. We are currently undergoing a transformation that will shape the next generation of Defence Base Services contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of the Defence Base Services contract.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and set key financial, strategic, and operational goals across service packages.
  • Drive safety culture, operational excellence, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure sustainable financial performance.
