Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Client Service Team as an Associate Account Executive in the Aviation Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key member of the Client Service Team, providing primary client contact on routine account management matters.
  • Coordinate client information with Broking teams to initiate the insurance renewal process.
  • Service existing client portfolios, attending to routine insurance issues and providing first response to client inquiries.
  • Assist with brokering large and/or complex accounts, working with the Account Executive and Broking Teams to identify coverage requirements, exposures, etc.
Requirements
  • Commercial insurance experience, preferably with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and underwriters across all seniority levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal direct supervision.
