
Business Manager Financial Crime Risk

The Financial Crime Risk Management team at our Sydney office is seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Director in leading business management, strategy, and change initiatives. As a Business Manager, you will be heavily involved in the operational performance of the Financial Crime Risk division, driving improvements and efficiencies in the way we work.
Job Description
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing user access, business resilience planning, and other critical operational initiatives to enable effective running of the division. You will also represent the Financial Crime team in monthly operations forums, manage intranet content, and contribute to divisional governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Strong numerical, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience in delivering key messages succinctly and effectively to senior leaders
- Ability to multi-task while remaining agile in a fast-paced environment.
